Jimmy
Tan
is the Principal Consultant of Adageo Learning Corporation, a total learning
solutions provider focusing on cutting edge programs. He has more than 25
years’ corporate experience, having held senior management positions in
Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Manufacturing and Logistics with leading
American and European MNCs, including worldwide and regional responsibilities.
Having accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord some 40 years ago, he was
President of the Youth for Christ branch in his college, and has since served
his church in various ministries. Today, he combines his career as a corporate
trainer and motivational speaker with a ministry in Christian teaching and
education.
Prior
to founding Adageo Learning Corporation, Jimmy was Director of
Entrepreneurship at THOMSON, a global leader in video technologies with
operations in more than 30 countries. In that role, he spearheaded worldwide
initiatives in entrepreneurship and innovation. His previous portfolio as a
Regional Manager for Human Resources & Training in
Asia
held responsibility for a workforce of 15,000 in the region.
Jimmy
is the only Master Trainer in

for the bestselling program, FISH!. He is also a Certified Change Leader and
licensed facilitator for ‘Shackleton’s Way: Leading in Challenging
Times’, a cutting edge leadership program for senior executives, as well
as Tony Buzan’s Mind Mapping® & Advanced Learning Strategy.

and Asia Pacific, and presented at international conferences. His gifting lies
in his versatility and ability draw on both his corporate experience and
Christian foundation to relate to participants at all levels. He has conducted
